Dense Fog Advisory Issued Monday Evening

UPDATE: A Dense Fog Advisory has been issued to include Winnebago, Boone, McHenry, Ogle, Lee and DeKalb counties until 4am Tuesday. Dense fog will make travel difficult, especially during the overnight and early morning. Use caution and take it slow in
the fog, especially with the wet roads.

















A Dense Fog Advisory has been issued for Carroll and Whiteside counties until Midnight Tuesday. Visibility continues to fall across much of the Stateline Monday evening as low pressure moves through Iowa.

Visibility has fallen under a mile in some locations as moisture continues to be pulled into northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin. Locally dense fog will remain possible until low pressure passes after Midnight, with drier air arriving by Tuesday morning.
