The snow has ended in Rockford and points to the northwest. Southeast of town, the snow is still falling in portions of DeKalb, Ogle, and Lee counties. However, this snow is diminishing and should end within the next hour. Therefore, the National Weather Service has cancelled the Winter Storm Warning:
