Foggy Monday

Dense Fog Advisory now includes most of northern Illinois through 6pm tonight. Watch for lowered visibilities through the evening commute home.

In the early morning hours the fog was on the lighter and patchy side, but with increase moisture and light winds the fog is thickening up. Dense Fog Advisories have been issues for Jo Daviess, Carroll, Stephenson, and Whiteside counties until 6pm tonight with the thick fog lingering. For the rest of the Stateline expect the areas of fog to linger into the early to mid afternoon. Otherwise it will be a partly sunny day with temperatures climbing into the upper 30's.
