Chill Filled Halloween Night

Winds won't be quite as strong Tuesday night, but it will be cold.  Mittens and gloves will be needed for the little ones as temperatures fall into the upper 30's around sunset, low to mid 30's by 8pm.


The day will start off with plenty of cloud cover, but we should begin to see a little more sunshine by the afternoon.  Winds will also begin to calm as high pressure settles to the south of northern Illinois.


Cloud cover does move back in, though, late Tuesday evening.  Temperatures Tuesday night will fall back into the upper 20's.
