Details on Tonight's Thunderstorms

A cold front is making it's way through the upper Midwest currently.  This will bring us rainfall starting later tonight.  It looks like widespread a 1/4" - 3/4" of rain can be expected.  After going ten days straight with no rain, this is a welcomed change of pace.  Computer models want to bring in stormy weather starting around 10pm and lasting through the morning commute on Thursday.  Here's a snapshot of what the radar might look like according to our in-house Futurecast model at 10pm:
RPM Forecast at 10PM
Though the Storm Prediction Center does not have the Stateline under a severe weather risk, I still think we can see some isolated strong thunderstorms in our area.  Here's the biggest threats. - MT
