Here's a looping radar image from the Chicago National Weather Service of the snow, sleet and freezing rain that occurred Saturday night. The white shaded line indicates where the 32° contour (freezing line) was in the atmosphere. To the left of the line temperatures were below freezing and to the right of the line temperatures were slightly above freezing. Areas that experienced more of a sleet and freezing rain mix had very minor snow accumulations. There still may be some slick roads this morning so be careful if you're traveling through the morning.
Here are a few verified reports from the NWS:
Capron (Boone Co.): 0.5"
Rochelle (Ogle Co.): 1.5"
Belivdere (Boone Co.): 1.0"
Harvard (McHenry Co.): 2.0"
Elizabeth (Jo Daviess Co.): 0.4"
