A
Wind Chill Advisory has been issued for all of northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin. It begins at 4pm for Jo Daviess, Stephenson, Carroll and Whiteside counties and at midnight for the remainder of the viewing area. High pressure moves in tonight which will allow skies to clear with wind chills potentially dropping to -20° by Friday morning.
