9:45pm Update:  The 40-50 mph wind gusts that have occurred so far this evening will continue for the next several hours before relaxing some by dawn Sunday.  It will still remain windy Sunday with northwest winds gusting as high as 30 mph, but at least the 50 mph wind gusts will be gone.

A Wind Advisory has been issued for all of southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois beginning this evening and lasting through early Sunday morning.  Southwest winds Saturday afternoon helped temperatures rise into the upper 40's but a very strong arctic cold front will pass tonight switching the southerly wind to a northerly wind after 8pm causing temperatures to quickly drop into the lower teens and upper single digits by morning.  Wind gusts through early Sunday could be as high as 50 mph which will drop wind chills below zero by dawn and likely remaining near zero throughout Sunday afternoon.  In fact, wind chills from Sunday through Tuesday will be a big concern as the coldest air mass so far this winter season will be upon us.

Here's a complete temperature/wind chill break down for these next few days:

Sunday morning: 10°/WC: -10°
Sunday afternoon: 18°/WC: 0°

Monday morning: 0°/WC: -15°
Monday afternoon: 9°/WC: -10°

Tuesday morning: -4°/WC: -20°
Tuesday afternoon: 9°/WC: -5°
