It was a quiet start to the work week, but now starting to see a few light showers move into the south western portions of the Stateline. Scattered showers will increase through the evening tonight as well as through the afternoon tomorrow. Storm chances increase by Tuesday evening with our first low pressure system crossing the area, but the threat for strong or severe storms will stay to the south west with better forcing and lift. Scattered showers will continue through Wednesday.
Next low pressure system moves closer on Thursday and that will bring the chance for thunderstorms, and the threat for even severe storms late Thursday. It's still a little too early for specifics on the storm threat on Thursday, and will depend on how quickly the low pressure system moves through.
