NOAA has come out with the latest 2010 Spring Flood Outlook and to no surprise much of the US is at an above average chance of flooding with a high chance through parts of the northern Plains and Midwest. Snow melt was fairly limited until recently due to cool temperatures throughout the northern Plains. A very active winter for southern states thanks to El Nino and pretty significant snowfall totals could likely cause flooding through the south and southeast.
