It was warm Sunday with temperatures rising into the low 80s, but it
felt a lot more comfortable. The drier air will stick around through
Monday evening before southerly winds bring moisture back into the
Midwest. A warm front will lift through northern Illinois and southern
Wisconsin late Tuesday night and Wednesday morning. With the northward
passage of the warm front, dew point temperatures will rise back into
the upper 60s to low 70s.Scattered thunderstorms will be likely during the afternoon ahead of a cold front that will move through Wednesday evening/night. Following the front Thursday dew point temperatures will drop briefly before rising once again by the end of the week and weekend.
