Snow Showers Have Developed
A slow moving cold front across southern Wisconsin, and the disturbance associated with it have generated areas of snow showers across northern Illinois as of 2 am cst. Looking at National Service Weather radars across Wisconsin, northern Illinois, eastern Iowa, and southeastern Minnesota indicate patchy areas of snow showers generally moving slowly east/southeast. There has been a dusting already of powdery snow. Given the development over the past couple of hours, snow showers can be expected off and on for the rest of the night into Sunday morning. Minor accumulations from a dusting to less than 1" are possible in localized areas.
