Flurries & light snow possible late Wednesday night
High pressure will settle across Illinois and Wisconsin Wednesday afternoon as a clipper system moves into the Upper Midwest. Clouds will be on the increase later this afternoon and evening as the low zips through Wisconsin. The atmosphere will remain fairly dry tonight, but there may be a few flurries or even a couple lighter snow showers - especially to the north in Wisconsin - that are able to reach the ground by Thursday morning. Once that system passes, another high pressure will move in Thursday afternoon clearing skies and keeping temperatures below average through Friday.
