Reports of Northern Lights

We've had some calls in the newsroom from people seeing pink and whitish lights on the horizon this evening. Based on these descriptions -- and a high auroral activity forecast (see this link for nightly auroral forecasts) -- I'm betting people are seeing the aurora borealis (northern lights) tonight.
