A Beautiful Start to March

We got to enjoy some nice weather on this Friday, sunshine and temperatures hitting the mid to upper 40's across the Stateline.  We'll keep the clear skies heading into the night, but this will cool us off pretty quickly into the low 30's after 9pm.  However, these clear skies will be here to stay as we head into the weekend!

This high pressure system will be lingering to the northeast as we head into the weekend.  This will help keep our skies clear, giving us more sunshine and allowing temperatures to warm up much more efficiently.  We'll be in the low 50's once we get into Saturday afternoon because of this.

By Sunday, this low pressure system will track in from the west, which will pull even more warm air into our area Sunday afternoon.  Along with that, the high pressure system will continue to have dominance over the area.  This will lead to continued sunshine, and temperatures climbing into the mid to upper 50's Sunday afternoon.

However, you'll want to enjoy the beautiful weekend weather while you can, because that same low pressure system will be bringing in some showers on Monday, and a chance for a wintry mix heading through Tuesday.

After the wintry mix, our temperatures will cool down into the mid 30's for the middle of the week, but we'll get some sunshine during that time too.  By the end of the week our temperatures will warm back into the 40's, with another chance for a wintry mix next Friday.
