Stronger storms moving over northeast Illinois, as a weakening area of rain is now lifting north and east through the area.
Here's an radar view of what to expect through 6am this morning.
Coverage of storms this morning is increasing; lots of lightning and heavy downpours. Few cells could have pea to penny sized hail. Rain and storms are moving NE this morning, and should last through about 9am.
