The Cold Air Is Here and Will Stick Around

Temperatures to start off you Wednesday are in the low to mid 30s. But with breezy conditions, it is making temperatures feel like they are in the upper teens and 20s.

The cold air is only going to get colder. This morning's low temperatures will end up being our high temperatures for Friday and Saturday.

Hold onto you hats because similar to yesterday, winds are gusting upwards of 30mph. The breezy conditions will make it feel much cooler today and tonight.

With winds gusting upwards of 30mph, we will see wind chills this morning in the mid to upper 20s. Tonight winds will begin to subside, but skies will clear out. Expect wind chills tonight down into the teens and lower 20s.

The cold start today was much cooler than where we were as we started Tuesday. Much of the Stateline was some ten to nearly fifteen degrees cooler.

Looking beyond the 7-day forecast, as we get into the middle of November it appears the cold air will stick around. Much of the country will see colder than normal temperatures as we go into the November 12-16th time frame.

Going into the forecast late Thursday and throughout the day Friday we will see the chance for some light snow.
