Higher temperatures and precipitation chances over the next few days

It certainly was a frigid weekend where I'm sure mostly everyone stayed inside and I don't blame them! Thankfully, since yesterday temperatures have begun to slowly increase, and temperatures look to keep rising the next few weeks.

Comparing forecasted temperatures over the next few days compared to last weekend, we'll see a drastic change with temperatures increasing nearly 30° since Saturday!

A few chances for precipitation will also be possible over the next few days with two separate systems coming in over the next 3 days. Starting with today, a weak upper-level trough will be positioned just to our north which will send a weak cold front into the region which may spark off a few isolated sprinkles. Wednesday night and into Thursday morning as well could see a few isolated showers move in thanks to a stronger upper-level trough.
Rain chances late Wednesday and into Thursday will continue into the morning as this system approaches. Over the next 3 days our highest precipitation chances will arrive Thursday morning in the form of showers however once the cold front quickly moves through, we'll see cooler temperatures return into Friday with flurry chances returning as well!
