Stateline Trick-or-Treat times and forecast

Mom and dad you may want to rethink some of those Halloween costumes Friday, or at least put some long underwear on underneath for the kiddos.  It's going to be cold at the start and even colder at the end of trick-or-treating.  Temperatures around 4pm will range from the upper 30's to low 40's with wind chills right around 30 degrees.  By the time trick-or-treating ends, temperatures will have fallen into the low 30's, but the wind chills will be in the md-20's.
