Light Snow Might Be Just Enough to Cause Roads to be Slick Overnight

A band of light snow is moving in from the northwest Tuesday evening.  This snow is developing a long a cold front that will move through the Stateline early Wednesday morning.

The snow will be light, but it has dropped visibility down to under five miles over parts of Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa.  The snow will move in from the northwest between 11pm and midnight, and continue eastward during the overnight.  A dusting, up to a couple tenths of an inch of snow, is possible through Wednesday morning.  While not a lot, it may be just enough to slicken up the roads during the overnight.

Most of the snow should be wrapping up by sunrise.
