Above Average

We have seen high temperatures top out in the 40s over the last four days. Thursday was the first 40° day this month, and Saturday we nearly hit 50°. Highs today should come close to 40° today and remain in the lower 40s the next few days.

The chances for a white Christmas are not looking good. The above average temperatures of the last few days look to continue into the end of the year. The Climate Prediction Center's 8-14 Day Temperature Outlook puts much of the central and eastern U.S. in warmer than normal conditions from December 24-30.
