Great Opportunity

Have you ever thought about a career in science or wondered how the DOW (Doppler on Wheels) works?  Here's your chance!  The College of DuPage, in Glen Ellyn, will be hosting a special event Thursday, October 28th at 10am where you can learn all about storm chasing along with careers in the Atmopsheric Sciences field AND get an up close, hands on experience with the DOW. While it may not be as exciting as Storm Chasers on the Discovery Channel, every year there are several research projects that are carried out to help study a wide range of events.

So if you're thinking about a career in the Atmospheric Sciences field or are just a weather enthusiast, this will be a great opportunity for you!
