Tropical Storm Ophelia formed last night in the Atlantic and is currently moving west at 16mph with maximum sustained winds of 60 mph. Ophelia will continue to move to the west and isn't really expected to develop much over the next couple of days. While Ophelia may not develop into a hurricane it could bring heavy rain and gusty winds to the Leeward Islands by the end of the week.
