Weekend Outlook - Warm Up Next Week

It will be feelin' like fall this weekend, temperatures will be below normal through Sunday. A trough or dip in the jet stream will re-enforce cool air across the Stateline this weekend, keeping temperatures in the 60's. High pressure moving in will bring northerly winds at 10-15mph with gusts at 20 mph.  It will also be a chilly night tonight for high school football, you'll definitely want to take a jacket! Low's tonight and Saturday will fall into the mid 40's. High temperatures will stay in the 60's all weekend. Perfect weather to head to the apple orchard, the Roscoe Fall Fest, or Greek fest this weekend!

By next week the jet stream lifts back to the north, this will allow for a southerly flow across the Stateline, bringing in warmer air and a return to the 80's. Rain chances hold off for most of the week, with a chance for storms returning Thursday.
