Light Freezing Drizzle Re-develops

Although it's not showing-up on radar, freezing drizzle is falling across parts of the Stateline at this hour. The resulting "black ice" has caused some accidents this afternoon in portions of Stephenson county. We're still looking at a change-over to light snow later this evening, so roads (especially secondary and tertiary ones) will remain slick through morning. Please drive with caution!
