The 20s and 30s we had this past weekend will feel like a heat wave compared to what's coming the next couple of days. The jetstream will take a big dip south pulling down some very cold arctic air with it. This will allow lows to dip below zero and highs through the rest of the week will struggle to reach the double digits until at least Thursday, if not by Friday. Now while we've had our cold snaps this past winter this will be the first prolonged cold event we've experienced.
Thankfully it does look like towards this weekend highs will warm back into the 30s and likely stay there through at least the first part of next week.
