Temperatures this morning are right around the freezing mark which is causing slick spots on area roadways, parking lots, sidewalks and driveways. Freezing drizzle will continue through the morning hours before changing over to all snow later this afternoon. Make sure you give yourself extra time and drive carefully as there will likely be a thin glaze of ice on surfaces.

Winter Weather Advisory continues for Winnebago, Boone and McHenry counties until noon today and for Rock, Green and Walworth counties through Tuesday morning.
