Jackets a must the next several days
A series of upper level disturbances will begin to move through the northern Plains and into the lower Great Lakes the next several days. The first will move through later this afternoon and evening, the second on Friday and the third now Sunday. With each one that comes down it will reinforce the cooler air across the Midwest. Since these 'mini-lows' will be coming from the northwest they will be lacking sufficient moisture, however, light showers can't be ruled out. The coldest one to come down looks to be the Friday afternoon disturbance. In fact, there may even be a few snow flakes that could be mixed in with the sprinkles/light showers. The greatest threat for that does appear to remain north of the Wisconsin Dells. Hopefully it stays there!
