This weekend's Nor'easter dumped up to 32" of snow on parts of the Northeast US, downing trees and cutting power to millions of residents. Flights were delayed at some of the nation's largest airports, and the storm is blamed for numerous car accidents. Even sea-level cities had 1-4" of snow... Central Park, NY had 2.9".
