At 9:30am the Minot Emergency Operations Center has reported levees beginning to overtop in parts of Minot.
A mandatory evacuation has been ordered for residents along the Souris River through parts of Minot. People in those locations are being told to move to higher ground immediately. Flooding in other parts of Minot are expected as river levels continue to rise.
