Strong storms continue to move across the Mississippi River this morning with wind gusts of 70mph reported in Rock Island county near Moline.  Look for this storm to move into Whiteside county near the 6am hour.  Should the line hold together we could see the storms in Ogle and Lee county within the next hour.

5:00 am Update: Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Ogle, Lee and DeKalb counties has been allowed to expire this morning as the storm continues to weaken as it moves east.  Still looking at the possibility of some heavy rain, gusty winds and maybe small hail moving through Creston, Malta and DeKalb within the next 30 minutes.
