Chilly Sunday morning

A chill was definitely in the air Sunday morning as overnight lows dropped down as low as 40 degrees in Rochelle.  But with plenty of sunshine during the afternoon, highs reached the upper 60's and low 70's. 

Sunday morning's 44 degrees in Rockford was the coldest low temperature since the beginning of June!  As we head further and further into September, and eventually October, overnight lows in the 40's will become more and more common.
