You'll really want to bundle up as you head out the door this morning. Temperatures under clearing skies have fallen into the teens area wide, but its the wind chills you'll really notice. Chills are hovering near or just below zero area wide.
With the snow yesterday, its possible this morning for areas of black ice, especially on bridges and overpasses, so you'll really want to leave a little extra time as you head out the door.
Clouds have cleared behind the system this morning, but despite some sunshine temperatures won't rebound much. We will only climb into the low 20's as cold air is brought in. Winds will remain gusty out of the northwest, and this will keep chills in the single digits and low teens through the afternoon.
With the snow on the ground and cold air in place, temperatures overnight fall into the teens. It has the potential to be even colder though, it clouds don't thicken enough. It the cloud cover holds off long enough, temperatures have the potential to drop into the single digits late tonight. The good news its, winds will ease overnight which will keep chills from dropping temperatures even more.
