Hopefully you got to enjoy the nice, comfortable weekend because the humidity has returned to the Stateline. Dew Points in the upper 60's across the Stateline, and they'll stay muggy during the overnight, which will give us chances for seeing some patchy fog after 2am. In addition to that, we could be looking at another warmup in the near future.
As we go through the evening we'll see this cold front move in from the north, which will bring us chances for isolated rain and thunderstorms after 7pm, with the best chances around 9-10pm.
The front moves out for the overnight, and we'll stay dry for the overnight, but it will continue to stay muggy as moisture will linger in our area. Dew Points will be around 70° during the overnight.
Once we get into Tuesday, a high pressure system will track in from the northwest, bringing us nice conditions for the afternoon with sunshine and the mid 80's. It'll still be a little humid, but not as humid as it was today. However, this high will keep pushing eastward heading towards Friday, and the humidity will gradually increase for Wednesday and Thursday.
By the end of the week, a few thunderstorm chances will come into play as a low pressure system will form out in the plains and track towards us. This will pull lots of warm air and moisture into our area, bringing us isolated chances for Friday and Saturday. Sunday looks to be dry, but still warm and muggy, with more thunderstorm chances possible for next Monday.
Temperatures will gradually warm up during the weekend, hitting the upper 80's with humid conditions, so heat indices will more than likely be in the mid 90's during the weekend. So prepare for the warmth!
