THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED TORNADO WATCH 373 IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM CDT THIS EVENING FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN ILLINOIS THIS WATCH INCLUDES 3 COUNTIES IN NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS DE KALB LA SALLE LEE



THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...DEKALB...DIXON AND OTTAWA.

    Is it possible for this to be moved further North to include Rockford?

    Doubtful. I think we're too stable up this way with all the clouds. We may clear out a little this afternoon, but not enough to trigger severe weather in Rockford. Of course, we'll be watching things.
