From freezing rain to fog and everything inbetween

Rising temperatures and dew points overnight have caused locally dense fog to form early this morning with a Dense Fog Advisory for Green and Rock Counties in southern Wisconsin until Noon today.  Fog will be present throughout the majority of today, tonight and Tuesday until a strong cold front moves through late Tuesday night.  Temperatures today will remain in the middle 40s and rise overnight as a warm front moves closer to northern Illinois.  Drizzle and scattered showers will be seen from time to time this afternoon with the potential for heavier rain and thunderstorms, yes thunderstorms, developing after midnight tonight.  Scattered thunderstorms will be likely Tuesday with near record warmth.  Highs Tuesday will rise close to 56°!  The record high for tomorrow is 55° which was set back in 1914!
