Thursday's snow has come and gone but some of the effects linger early this morning. Most main roads are clear of snow and slush but secondary and rural roads are still snow and slush covered which this morning which has created some icy and slick spots. Also, winds are gusty from the north which has caused blowing and drifting on roads; especially east/west roads in more open and rural areas. Winds will lighten through the afternoon as high pressure moves in.
