A true Arctic air mass is making its move southward bringing temperatures down into the single digits for highs Thursday afternoon. I'm forecasting a high of only 7 degrees on Thursday. This would break the record cold high temperature which is 9 degrees set back in 1932 The second record breaking day could occur Sunday when the high temperature may not make it above 0 degrees! The current forecast has a high of 1 degree on Sunday. The record cold high is 0 degrees set back in 1983. Overnight lows will be pretty cold, but may fall short of breaking any records. Sunday night may come close.
