Arctic Blast Over, Warmer Inflow Taking Over

We had a pretty nice start to the weekend as temperatures got into the teens across the Stateline, and we got to enjoy some sunshine with it!  The teens have never felt so nice.  Temperatures will be close to zero this evening, but then will warm up as we head through the overnight as warm, southerly air will push through our area.

Clouds will build as we head through the late evening, paving the way for some snow showers that'll move in after midnight.  Those stay with us into tomorrow morning, but we'll get a break between 9am and mid day.

We'll start seeing the snow pick up again around noon, which will stay with us into the evening.  By 9pm the snow will start to weaken, and we'll just see some light snowfall until midnight when everything clears out.

As far as accumulations are concerned, we can expect around half an inch during the overnight tonight, and then 1-1.5 inches during the afternoon and evening.

Once we get passed Sunday we get to see those temperatures continuously warm up, and also getting to see some sunshine during the beginning of the week to accompany the warmer relief.  The warmer temperatures will bring chances for rain towards the middle of the week, with a possibility of seeing 40° by that time as well.
