Sunday night the United Kingdom was hit with one of the worst storms since October of 1987 when the Great Storm hit. Wind speeds got as high as 70+ mph with heavy rain. Four people died in Britain by falling trees due to high winds. 600,000 homes are left without power. The picture on the left was an explosion that happened in Housnlow, west London caused by a tree that fell on a gas main, killing two people inside the house.
