Another Round of Storms with a Nice Weekend

We had another muggy start this morning with the high dew points and fog developing across the Stateline.  Luckily, the weather is looking to be much better going through the rest of our Wednesday.  We'll see sunshine and temperatures in the low 80s this afternoon.  It'll be a little muggy this afternoon, but overall more comfortable than this morning.  However, more thunderstorms are to come soon.

This high pressure system will keep things nice for us during the afternoon, allowing for more sunshine and drier conditions than what we had yesterday.  The high keeps the weather nice for the evening, but will end up fizzling out overnight.

More clouds will move in during Thursday morning as a cold front approaches the Stateline.  Clouds will continue building through the early hours of the afternoon, but temperatures will still manage to get into the mid to upper 80s.

The front arrives late afternoon on Thursday, bringing showers and thunderstorms.  Some of these will have some heavy showers, but otherwise no severe weather is expected.  These will stay with us through Thursday evening, clearing out as we head into the overnight.

Afterwards, things are looking great heading into the weekend as dry air will move in behind the front.  We'll see temperatures in the low 80s on Friday, and the mid 80s during the weekend with plenty of sunshine.  This will be the best time to check out the Boone County Fair, since the weather yesterday was a little soggy.
