With the recent rains to the north, flooding is expected down stream along the Mississippi River and that's why a Flood Warning will continue for Jo Daviess county until further notice. While the river has not yet reached flood stage it is rising and is expected to rise above flood stage by Thursday morning and continue to rise through Saturday morning.
