5:25am Update: Strong thunderstorms continue to move into northeast Iowa this morning with reports of wind gusts nearing 75 - 80 mph. These storms are currently moving northeast around 50 mph and will be nearing the Dubuque area by 6am.





A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for Stephenson, Jo Daviess, Carroll, Whiteside, Green, Rock and Walworth counties untill 11am.
