NWS Confirms Sunday Tornado

UPDATE: The National Weather Service has determined Sunday's tornado in LaSalle County was an EF-0, with winds topping out at around 65mph.

ORIGINAL POST: It's not technically part of the Stateline viewing area, but on Sunday, a tornado made a brief touchdown in LaSalle County, northwest of the town of Serena. At this time, it looks like the tornado caused no damage, meaning it will be difficult to determine the twister's intensity and path length.
