Severe Thunderstorm Warning

The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Winnebago county until 10:15pm. A severe storm capable of producing 60 mph winds and quarter-size hail in northeastern Stephenson county is moving toward the east at 30 mph. Northern areas of Winnebago and Boone counties are in the primary threat zone. Get away from windows and stay indoors until this storm passes.  --TS
