Tricks and Treats in the Halloween Forecast

The most important forecast this week will be the one for Halloween. Right now it looks like we'll see a trick and a treat from Mother Nature.

First, the trick. Rain looks likely for Thursday and could make for some soggy ghouls and goblins. The treat? Highs should creep into the 60s, even with the rain. Another potential treat? It appears as though the models are trying to speed this system up, meaning we could dry out by Thursday evening and prime candy collection time.
