Tropical Storm Karen Dissipates

The National Hurricane Center downgraded Karen to a low pressure feature making landfall in the Gulf coast rather than a tropical system.
Karen has NO chance of reformation
The remnants of Karen will still move ashore to affect the Florida panhandle and up the east coast, but the only repercussion from the system will be heavy rainfalls for the already saturated area. Through Wednesday, the system may drop anywhere from 2-4" of rain. - MT
Rainfall Forecast through Wednesday
