The sun has done nothing to warm temperatures going into the afternoon with wind chills dropping between -35 degrees to -45 degrees. Temperatures won't rise much throughout the day and wind chills will continue on either side -40 degrees for both today and Tuesday morning. A slight improvement in wind chills will be felt by Tuesday afternoon, after 1pm, when wind chills rise to -20 degrees to -25 degrees. Highs will warm closer to average by the end of the week with the potential a rain/snow/freezing rain mixture on Friday. More on that to come later this week.
