Northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin are sandwiched between two systems; one to the north and one to the south.
The one in the south will have very little impact on us, other than adding in a few more clouds Monday night and Tuesday morning. The system to north will bring us a brief break from the warmth from the weekend and early in the week.
A cold front will move south through Wisconsin and northern Illinois mid-day Tuesday. This front is expected to come through mostly dry, with only a small flurry chance Tuesday night. More than anything skies will turn mostly cloudy heading into Wednesday morning. Temperatures on Wednesday will fall, but as it's been all winter long, we'll only drop down near average with highs in low 30's. Winds will be quick to shift back around to the south heading into Thursday with temperatures warming back up near 40 degrees for the afternoon.
