6:20pm Update: Severe Thunderstorm Warning for eastern Ogle county and south-central Winnebago county until 7:15pm.  This storm is near Byron and moving southeast at 20 mph.  Take shelter if near Byron, Stillman Valley and Davis Junction.  This is the storm that has had a history of producing a tornado near German Valley earlier this evening.

5:45pm Update: This storm continues to show some signs of weak rotation just north of Leaf River and nearing Byron.

LAMM AND HOLLYWOOD ROADS BEGINNING TO FLOOD. ZERO VISIBILITY IN HEAVY RAIN. ALSO NICKEL SIZE HAIL.

Tornado Warning for southeastern Stephenson county until 6:15pm

Trained spotters and doppler radar indicated a tornado near German Valley or 11 miles east of Freeport moving east at 15 mph.

There is some rotation detected with this storm just south of German Valley as it's moving to the east around 20mph.   

Tornado Warning for northern Ogle County until 6:15pm.  Locations impacted include Byron, Adeline and Leaf River.  Seek shelter if in that area!
